Palm Springs is a planned gated community of townhouses and villas from Nakheel, the developer of the Palm Jumeirah. Nakheel has announced the location, on Sheikh Zayed Road on the coastal side of Dubai, and has not yet released prices and other details.
02Where is Palm Springs located?
On Sheikh Zayed Road, on the coastal side of Dubai and closer to Abu Dhabi. The community is close to a metro station, the next big airport and the beaches. Nakheel has announced the location and will release the masterplan at launch.
03What types of home are planned?
Three and four bedroom townhouses in blocks of 4 or 6 homes, and four and five bedroom standalone villas of about 4,000 to 5,000 sq ft. The first release is expected to be 500 to 900 homes.
04How much will Palm Springs homes cost?
Townhouses are expected from about AED 3.8 million and villas between AED 8 and 9 million. These figures are subject to launch and may change when Nakheel announces official prices.
05What are the payment plan and handover date?
A 70/30 or 60/40 payment plan is expected, with handover between 2030 and 2031. Both are subject to launch and to confirmation by Nakheel.
